At the end of 2012, passengers arriving from a country in the Schengen Area were no longer required to pass a control check when stopping off in Paris. Thanks to the unique filter inspection process and the fitting out of pedestrian galleries between terminals 2E and 2F, the time needed for connecting flights at Paris-Charles de Gaulle was greatly reduced and the procedure was simplified.
Handy tips from Roissy en France Tourist Office:
If you want to get to Paris with the RER in order to avoid queues at the RATP counter at the RER/TGV station, buy your Paris Visit Pass from our colleagues at the Tourist Information desks at the Arrivals level. Tourist Information desks: -TERMINAL 2E ARRIVALS/GALERIE DE LIAISON from 7.15 to 22:00 - TERMINAL 2F ARRIVALS GATE 11 from V7.15 to 22.00.
No “Hotel Bus” serves Terminal 2 E/F. For passengers staying at Roissy-en-France hotels, we recommend that you go to the bus pick-up point on level 5 of the TGV train station and follow the instructions on the Airport Practical Itineraries page.
